Domestic Orders (includes the 48 United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and Territories)

Compatible/Remanufactured inkjet cartridges and Photo Paper products only ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail.
Genuine Inkjet/Toner cartridges only ship via UPS.
Compatible/Remanufactured toner cartridges/copier toners only ship via Airborne or UPS.

If you are purchasing two types of items listed above, we will change your ship method and contact you if shipping rates vary.

Restrictions for UPS/Airborne
Ground service is not available outside of the continental 48 states. UPS and Airborne DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO, AP, AE and FPO addresses.

Restrictions for USPS
We ship to APO, AP, AE and FPO address. But you must address it to the person with the proper title. The US Military will refuse shipments not properly addressed.

On average, credit card orders are shipped the same day, or the next business day following the receipt of your order. All orders received after 3:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped next Monday.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has left our facility. After you receive your order, you can request return. The proper shipping and handling fee will charge at your expenses..

Canadian Orders

Compatible/Remanufactured inkjet cartridges will be shipped via USPS Air Mail
Photo Paper Products will be shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail

 Your order will be processed after we receive valid and verifiable information.

2) Valid Photo Identification
3) Credit Card issuer's bank address and phone number
