Return Policies
Please read this page in its entirety as it contains important information about our return/replacement policies. You must agree to these policies during order placement.

Return Policies

• You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") To request a RMA, contact Aink Customer Service at returns@Aink.com
• We will pay for shipping back to our company in the event of a shipping error if and when we are at fault. In that case, a postage pre-paid return postage label will be e-mailed to you.
• We will NOT reimburse you for the shipping charge unless we have shipped you the wrong item(s).
• Please remember that we are not liable for lost or untraceable return packages that you ship back to us.
• If you return a FREE Shipping item, all shipping and handling charges (in most cases $5.99) will be deducted from the refund total.
• All previous discounts if any will be reversed at the time of refund.
• Due to both security concerns and for quality assurance purposes our receiving personnel will only accept authorized parcels.
  Your RMA number MUST be visible on the packaging or your parcel may be refused or discarded.
• No return or replacement will be given if we receive a cartridge
  A) that is not ours;
  B) has been damaged physically; 
  C) has been refilled by you or another party.

Printer Upgrade Cartridge Replacement

• We will be more than happy to assist you in your printer upgrade cartridge replacement.
• Cartridges must be in saleable unopened condition
• We can offer you a replacement if your current obsolete cartridges was purchased within six (6) months.
• The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.
• A $6.00 service fee in addition to shipping charges will be assessed for this service.
