Product Questions
Do you have my cartridge available?
First, please use our search tool on the top-left corner of every page. If you cannot find it there, please email us at sales@Aink.com and we will search for you.

Do you only sell generic products?
Not only do we sell quality compatible (ISO 9001 certified- defect rate under 1%) and remanufactured products (tested before sale), we also have genuine (OEM) inkjet/laser cartridges available on some products. Please click on the category of the item that you are looking for and if there are genuine products available, there will be a link.

Is my satisfaction guaranteed?

Yes, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will refund your purchase price less shipping. Please visit our

Will using compatible and remanufactured products void my warranty with my printer manufacturer?

Definitely not. Printer makers still have to serve you within the warranty period. Please read the
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act for more details.

After using your cartridges, my printer does not print, has poor quality printouts, or has lines. Please help!

Order Questions

How do I order?
First, please check your printer model number and cartridge model number press "add to cart"  to order. Your can enter your printer's information on the top-left search area to find the correct cartridges for your printer. Then, use a major credit card to order online. Please visit this link for additional
payment information.

Do you collect sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax only in the state of California at the rate of 8.25%. Regardless of the tax rate in your area, we must collect 8.25% sales tax, which is the tax rate of Los Angeles County.


I reside in the Los Angeles, California area, would I be able to pick up my order?
Local pick up (will call)is available. Please note that if your order is under $30, a $5.00 service charge will apply. Please call us ahead of time and make sure what you would like to order is available for pick up.


It has been seven business days and I still have not received my order, what should I do?
Please email us at sales@Aink.com to trace your order.

I need to change or add to my order.
At the present time, we cannot add or change your order after it has left our facility. Please email us at sales@aink.com to see if this shipment has shipped.

I ordered the wrong product and it doesn't fit my printer, what now?
Please return the cartridges back to us and place a new order for the correct cartridges. Meanwhile, please place a new order for the correct cartridges. If you are not sure which cartridges fit your printer, please enter your printer model in our search box located on the top-left corner of every page.

I received the incorrect products; this isn't what I ordered.
This must seem to be a shipping error on our part. We will pay for shipping back to us. Please contact us at returns@Aink.com so we can send you a prepaid shipping label. Once the cartridges are received, the correct order will be shipped at our cost.

I would like to cancel my order.
Orders cannot be cancelled after it has left our facility. However, you can request an RMA and return the order to us when your receive it.

What types of payment do you accept?

I am reading my credit card statement and I was charged twice.

Please email us at billing@Aink.com and we will investigate this case and give you a reply within 24 hours.

I have returned my items and my credit card statement does not reflect a credit.
After we receive your refund goods. we will send the information to the credit card company within 7 business days. However, we have no control of when the credit card issuer actually reflects the credit on to your card. This process usually takes from 7-14 business days. If you still have not received a credit within 30 calendar days, please email us and we will check to see if there is anything wrong on our end.
